An updated version of one of the best free tools for virtualization Oracle VM VirtualBox. The program runs on Windows, Linux, Macintosh, OpenSolaris operating systems and supports many guest OSes, including Windows (NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Server 2003, Vista, Windows 7 and 8), DOS/Windows 3.x, Linux, Solaris and OpenSolaris, OpenBSD. The solution also supports 64-bit guest systems. Other features of VirtualBox include support for USB 2.0. VirtualBox Extension Pack downloaded from the site in the section Downloads(host machine devices are available for guest systems), audio virtualization, support for VMDK (VMware) and VHD (Microsoft Virtual PC) hard drive images, support for shared folders for sharing files between the host and the guest system.
